Neonatal Resuscitation Provider Courses

The NRP program focuses on the theory and practical skills needed for health care providers to safely and effectively resuscitate newborn babies. The course covers ventilation, chest compressions, intubation and alternate airways, UVC placement, medication administration, communication and teamwork.  Clinical scenario simulation and debriefing are used to enhance learning.  NRP is offered in-person only (no virtual option).

Before attending an NRP course, participants must read the 8th edition NRP textbook and complete the online NRP exam through CPS.
